What drivers the crowd in crowdsourced journalism? An ideal about a better society. The findings in my article, published in the International Journal of Communication, show that the crowd contributes voluntarily to journalism because they want to mitigate power and knowledge asymmetries. They also want to deliberate with their peers, and learn from them. Read the article below.
